If you say you’re unavailable for anything less than profit and prosperity, then QUEEN, you best be ACTING like it.
Being unavailable for anything less than profit and prosperity means…
You RESPECT your own boundaries around your time.
You don’t give away things that people normally pay you for free…like, “picking your brain.”
You OWN your prices and you are proud to share them with your prospects and customers.
You will curtail any haggling or bartering conversations toot suite because you know the worth of what you provide.
Your policies around your time, money, refunds, are mother-effing crystal clear and you hold the line on those.
You can affirm and declare all the livelong days that you say you’re unavailable for profit and prosperity, but if your ACTIONS don’t back it up, your heart (and your subconscious mind) just log those...
It is what it is. So cliche, right? But, as I always say, cliches are cliches because they are common truth.
But, here’s the thing…
So many people live in the mythical land of shoulda-coulda-woulda.
And it’s a lovely place if you like stewing in your own guilt, shame, apathy, and anger.
But, eh, not so much for me. (Even though, I’m human and, of course, visit from time to time.)
Acknowledging what IS is powerful.
Acknowledging what happened is transformative.
Here’s the thing….
No matter what curveballs or horrific life experiences you have survived...they happened.
It is what is.
You may not like it.
It may have been completely wrong, immoral, heinous, and unjustified what happened.
Now, here’s where the...
Doing hard things is hard. And with whatever it is you are looking to accomplish…
Connecting with your 3-year old mid-tantrum...
Saving your marriage...
Reprogramming your relationship with food…
Building a multi-million dollar company…
Launching your first course…
There will be moments of hard.
Yes, “hard” is a construct of the mind.
Yes, “hard” also feels gnarly when you are in the thick of it, trying to make it work, find a way, discover a solution, see the opportunity when in the thick of a problem.
And there comes a time when you have you f*it moment.
It’s that glorious moment of throwing your hands up in the air and SURRENDERING the how.
SURRENDERING to God, Source, the Universe, that you are maxed out and you need the big guns to take over.
SURRENDERING to the flow, the ease, the possibility, because, quite frankly, you’ve reached your edge.
It’s the period when you...
Ever feel like there’s never enough money? I used to as well. Back when I first started my business I was stuck in a paradigm of “never enough.”
“Never enough money.”
“Never enough time.”
As I started to tweak and hone my mindset, reshaping and reframing these beliefs
Money is all around you. It’s in the phone you hold in your hand.
It’s the laptop you work on.
It’s the person
It’s the coffee shop itself.
I stopped seeing money through the limited paradigm of just what I had in my bank account, which, frankly, back then, in my bank account wasn’t a lot.
Money is energy.
And what I started to notice was that successful people, people who had money, saw money everywhere.
Because money is energy, it flows. It’s not stagnant or stiff.
This used to drive me CRAZY in the personal development space. I would hear my coaches and mentors say, “All you have to do is DECIDE.”
DECIDE to be successful.
DECIDE to be unavailable for anything less than profit and prosperity.
DECIDE to make sh*tons of money.
DECIDE to have a business and life that freaking rocks your socks off!
And for me, back in 2017, I wanted to punch my head through a wall, because I had decided. I had gone all in...and I still wasn’t seeing results as fast or as bountiful as I had wanted. Frustrating, right?
I had to ask...
What does it mean to DECIDE?
It was then that I stumbled upon the book, “Conscious Language: The Logos of Now” and I got a crash course in the nitty-gritty of language and ALL the subconscious meanings that into the words we use.
If we were going to get down and dirty in the nitty-gritty of what it means to decide quite literally is this:
The English prefix de-, means “off” or...
It’s easy when you’re in the thick of it to lose sight of acknowledging your own greatness. Especially for high achievers sometimes we REALLY don’t give ourselves enough credit for just HOW MUCH we are doing in every area of our lives.
So let me just say this…
I believe in you.
You can do it.
You got this.
You can create wonderful, amazing products and programs, and have time for your family priorities.
You can live a full life, full of delicious food, soul-enhancing relationships, and have money to share, spend, and have growing in your bank accounts.
You can take a breath and enjoy what you have built. You DESERVE to.
You are creating your freedom right now. You are free to do whatever it is you choose to do right now.
You got this.
Urgency. How is this word defined for you?
Most people never consciously define this word, and, yet, it’s this word that rules them.
Constantly REACTING to the urgent demands of life.
A phone call.
A customer request.
A family need.
The IMPORTANT gets forgotten.
Priorities fall into the fire of urgency.
Back when I was the president of an e-commerce start-up, being in fire-fighting mode was my default. I would wake up in a panic at 3 AM to answer a customer service question. I’d freak out when a press release would go out, and double-check, then triple-check my work, panicking over the question - “Were there any typos that I missed?” (Grammar is not my specialty.) I’d race over the hill to Burbank to our Starbucks “emergency” meetings about sales projections in a panic.
I never stopped to question - how is all this fire fighting...

Have you ever struggled with feeling all your feelings - you know...even the NEGATIVE ones? Hey, we all have them. We’re human.
Having been in the personal development world for a hot minute, I’ve seen a consistent fear of leaders in the “positive thinking” space who were scared to feel ANYTHING but positivity, light, and happiness.
The problem with that is this:
Just the other day, I was processing my own as I felt #allthefeels around burying my dad this week...finally, right?
Spike found me on the bed crying and our conversation went like this...
Me: "I'm having a really hard time processing that they're going to cremate my dad this week. It feels so final."
Spike: "Just remember, it's not him." My hubby cuddled me close.
Me: (through sobs and tears) "I know, but it's just dust and ash. But, at least if he's bones, it feels like he can rise from...
