You can have your crown and carry the baby too—just not while building your funnel.
In this transformational episode of the Crown Yourself Podcast, Kimberly Spencer dismantles the myth that multitasking is the path to productivity—especially for moms, high achievers, and soul-led entrepreneurs. Drawing from her real-life experiences as a mother of three, founder of multiple companies, and high-performance coach, Kimberly shares how she turned the chaos of divided attention into an energetic ecosystem of aligned action through habit stacking.
From power-pumping and podcast prep to whitening her teeth while strategizing launch funnels, Kimberly reveals how small, intentional actions stacked onto anchored habits can create coherence, not depletion. She breaks down the neurological and energetic differences between multitasking (a.k.a. the thief of presence) and habit stacking (the Queen’s path to amplification).
This isn’t productivity hacks for hustle’s sake—it’s sacred strategy for sovereign women. You’ll learn how to honor your capacity, choose habits that support your reign, and build micro-rituals that amplify every area of life—from breastfeeding to business-building.
If you’re ready to own your presence, make peace with your pace, and build your empire while still being present for bedtime stories—this episode is your royal decree to reign with more grace and power than ever before.

Imagine this podcast as your royal invitation to step into your full potential and reign in your divine purpose. Your sovereignty starts here and your reign is now.
If you're trying to run your business while spoon-feeding your child, answering emails, and building out your next funnel from your phone, you're not being productive. You're losing your presence. In this episode, we dive into the difference between multitasking—which removes you from your superpower of presence—and habit stacking, which can 10x your results.
Let me tell you, multitasking used to be my go-to. I had the baby on the boob, my laptop open, building systems, and my first son crying. And I'd get upset because I wasn't meeting my expectations. It was incoherence. There was no flow.
As a new mom with Declan, I had expectations that created friction. I'd try to finish work while nursing, and when he fussed, I got frustrated. Multitasking created chaotic energy. Neither my business nor my baby got the best of me.
Presence is everything. And the difference lies in understanding how much presence a task really needs. Deep work and strategy? I need focus. Emails or checking the calendar? I can pair that with the kids on iPads.
Habit stacking is pairing a low-brainpower task with another ritual. Like whitening my teeth while checking emails during nap time. Or power pumping and doing admin. These tasks don’t require deep thinking and let me use time more efficiently.
Unlike multitasking, which fragments your energy, habit stacking creates coherence and amplifies you. One depletes. The other expands.
Here’s a real example: when I prep for podcast interviews, I listen to the host's podcast while doing my hair and makeup. Listening preps my unconscious mind. I pick up on their cadence, their vibe. That way, I'm not thrown off if they have a thick accent or a unique style.
It's respectful. It shows I care. And it's efficient.
Example? I do podcast reviews while walking my daughter in the Bjorn. She naps, I move, I manage.
Mamas, deep work with kids around? That’s multitasking. That’s divided attention. You’re biologically wired to respond to your kids’ needs. And trying to write sales copy while giving snacks? That’s not it.
Habit stacking respects your energy. It aligns you. It creates time in the in-between. Folding laundry while listening to a guest's podcast. Walking while capturing content ideas.
No joke—this very episode was habit stacked into existence. I was driving from the dentist, breastfeeding, and listening to a podcast interview I was prepping for. I got the idea right then and there.
And that's the magic. Habit stacking becomes a lifestyle. A skillset. A way to maximize sacred windows of time without splintering your presence.
Inside my membership, The Collective, this is one of the skills we refine. We’re not just building businesses—we’re building energetic ecosystems that support your sovereignty. Systems, rituals, habits, mindset—all aligned.
