Ever found yourself waiting for “the right time” or the perfect plan — only to realize that clarity never comes? In this raw, real, and radically empowering solo episode, Kimberly Spencer invites you behind the mic (and the motherhood) to explore what it truly means to lead with sovereignty when life feels uncertain.
Between nursing her daughter and healing from laryngitis, Kimberly doesn’t just talk about conscious leadership — she embodies it. This is a masterclass in manifestation through motion, where clarity is revealed not in the waiting, but in the doing.
You’ll learn why:
This episode is a divine reminder that faith in your process is the foundation of sovereign leadership. Whether you’re building a business, birthing a vision, or navigating your next evolution — this is your royal invitation to trust yourself, move forward, and reign through uncertainty.

If you are stalling, if you are waiting for the right plan, or the perfect timing, or the clear path—let this podcast be for you.
As I’m literally doing this while my stuffy-nosed baby is nursing—you might even hear a little gurgle or see a foot pop into frame from time to time. The thing is, clarity is just a mirage. The world doesn’t guarantee it.
In this podcast, I’m going to show you some strategies to help you reach a level of clarity where you can have certainty in your decision-making process.
Before we dive in, let me tell you about the book that started a podcasting revolution: Make Every Podcast Want You. It’s not just a bestseller—it’s a two-time gold medalist, baby.
Takeaway: Clarity isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you create.
Kimberly Spencer:
Welcome back to the Crown Yourself Podcast, where we build your empire and transform your subconscious stories about what’s possible for your business, body, and life.
I’m your host, Kimberly Spencer, and yes—if you hear some gurgling or a mic kick, that’s because I’m nursing my daughter while recording this episode, still healing from a two-week stretch of laryngitis, a cold, and all the allergies.
And yet, I’m still here—because that’s what queens do.
That’s what sovereign leadership looks like: showing up even when it’s not perfect.
Takeaway: Confidence in uncertainty means showing up, messy or not.
Kimberly Spencer:
What better way to talk about leading when no one knows what’s coming next?
As a mom of young kids—you never really know what’s coming. Lunch, maybe. Snacks—definitely. But planning your future feels very different when you have littles, a business, and you’re living in one of the most disruptive decades humanity has seen.
And I see it all the time with leaders I coach: we delay decisions waiting for “the right plan” or “the perfect moment.” But here’s the truth…
The clarity is in the go.
Kimberly Spencer:
I was chatting with one of my clients from six years ago. He told me, “Kim, I’m going back to the plan we created in our first call to restructure my business.”
I told him—this is divine timing. Things land when they’re ready.
But I also believe we’re in a karmic reset. All the things you knew you should’ve done but didn’t? This is the moment. No more waiting. No more “someday.”
The clarity isn’t in thinking. It’s in moving.
Takeaway: If you’re still hesitating, this is your universal cue: go now.
Kimberly Spencer:
What you truly want to feel is unshakable confidence. But confidence doesn’t come first—it’s cultivated in uncertainty.
You can’t feel confident about something until you’ve already done it.
You manifest confidence by walking through the chaos. Whether it’s AI disruption, a market collapse, cultural upheaval—or someone spilling juice on your outfit before a podcast interview—your power comes from your ability to figure things out.
Takeaway: Confidence in uncertainty isn’t about control—it’s about trust.
Kimberly Spencer:
Most people put their confidence in the outcome. But how can you put confidence in an outcome that hasn’t even happened yet—especially in uncertain times?
True confidence comes from the process.
We’ve been trained to value outcomes—the A+, the gold star, the end result. But sovereign leaders value the process. They know the journey is the reward.
Takeaway: When you stop waiting for guarantees, you step into your sovereignty.
Kimberly Spencer:
When I gave my TEDx talk, I didn’t have it all figured out. I just kept moving “as if.”
I found a speaker coach before I even had confirmation. I acted as though it was already happening.
That’s what faith is.
That’s what manifestation really means—trusting the unseen and moving before the evidence appears.
And guess what? It worked.
Takeaway: Manifestation happens through motion, not meditation.
Kimberly Spencer:
When I became a mother, there was no playbook for the chaos.
There were days I stalled, hesitated, waited. Because being a parent is radically uncertain—you’re meeting your shadow daily.
But I still built a business. I still chose to thrive alongside my family.
Even though I don’t know how every detail will unfold for my kids, I trust that I’ll figure it out—and give them the tools to do the same.
Takeaway: Sovereignty isn’t about control—it’s about trust and adaptability.
Kimberly Spencer:
Here’s a leadership truth that blew my mind:
Amazon—a trillion-dollar company—makes decisions with only 40–60% of the information.
You don’t need all the data. You need faith in your process.
Some of it will work, some won’t—and that’s okay. Because confidence is built by doing.
Takeaway: High performers act with partial clarity and complete conviction.
Kimberly Spencer:
Here’s what most people miss: when you’re obsessed with planning, you lose your presence.
And it’s with presence that clarity actually comes.
In birth, in business, in leadership—when you’re fully in the moment, you make the best decisions possible with the information you have.
Takeaway: Clarity lives in presence, not perfection.
Kimberly Spencer:
When I was offered my TEDx slot with only three weeks to prepare, my ego screamed, “You’re not ready!”
But I recognized it as fear. And fear always feels like audacity.
So, I said yes.
And that yes changed everything.
That’s the essence of sovereign leadership—boldly saying yes before you’re ready.
Takeaway: Faith means saying yes before the how is clear.
Kimberly Spencer:
Here’s a belief I hold—and you’re welcome to borrow it:
“I always make the right decisions, even when I make mistakes.”
Because every mistake brings a lesson, a new skill, or a belief upgrade.
So even in your ability to make mistakes—you’re still making the right decisions.
That’s true confidence in uncertainty.
